What We Do

Guess What?

It's All About You

We make our clients happy. That’s what we do. But we get there in lots of different ways. The challenge is rarely the same. So what should the approach be? We are not a company that will bamboozle you with jargon, confound you with buzz words and confuse you with vast documents. We cut through the bluster, speak plainly and treat every single one of our clients as our top priority. Because you are.

As consultants, we show our clients where, and if, immersive technology can help them reach their goals. We help them answer questions such as – is it the right time for us to use VR technology as part of our campaign? How much is all this going to cost? What kind of return can we expect – in terms of numbers, viewers, hits, revenue – if we do go ahead with this VR or AR project? Or perhaps it’s as simple as ‘you guys are an award-winning Augmented and Virtual Reality company can you help us?  We are here to help our clients differentiate themselves and increase engagement. We are here to accelerate growth, reduce uncertainty, save time and money and mitigate failure.

Once we present our findings on some of those key questions, we then offer to support our clients through the project. That might be VR or AR content. It could be developing Virtual Reality software – such as apps or delivery platforms. And it might be creating a marketing, activation or event strategy that helps them amplify the content to ensure it reaches the biggest possible audience it can.

Our consultancy approach is based across three key strands.

This Is

How We Do It

Ernest Hemingway once said, “most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply”. Fortunately, here at Laduma we are not ‘most people.’ We are serious about listening to our clients every step of the way. It often makes the difference between the success or failure of a project. Because for us, it’s all about understanding what success looks like before we even get going. And deciding whether any of the skills we have can help you get there.

Our team is second to none. They have been cherry picked from world-renowned broadcasters, iconic movie studios and global brands. When it comes to planning, producing, marketing and monetizing the work we do, we are ahead of the crowd.

Partnerships are really that for us. Yes, we’ll open up our entire arsenal of innovative ideas and our unique approach to ensuring immersive content really makes an impact. Yes, we will point out the pitfalls and highlight the opportunities. But we always bring our clients along for the ride, so they understand each and every step we are taking and how it fits in.

Here Is

Our Simple Process

Like everything we do really well, our process is easy to understand.

We start by ensuring we understand what you are trying to achieve and why you are trying to achieve it.

Then we’ll review all of it carefully and we’ll quickly tell you if you are wasting your time or whether we think immersive content can really help achieve what you want to achieve. We’ll agree the metrics, measurements of success and data you want to track and we’ll follow that up with a post-project review to analyze the results. We understand that success is not always measured in statistics and metrics. It is also about the impact these projects make on the people – they inspire and excite.

Once you are satisfied with that step, we plan the project and get our creative team to generate scripts that sizzle, concepts that ripple with creativity and ideas that will bring a smile to even the sternest operator. We’ll agree to budgets, schedule the work and set our super-talented team loose to work their magic. We’ll deliver on schedule and budget, we’ll surpass even the greatest expectations and then we will work with you to map out the release to amplify the content across social media, your chosen app or in any other way. Our events team understand how to make an impact too. The likes of the NBA, Warner Bros and Gillette are just some of our events clients – our people make your brand stand out.

At Laduma, we’re committed to our belief that creativity, technology and visual media have the power to change the way that brands engage with customers. We’ll never stop reimagining how they can be used to power innovation and impact culture.

Are You Asking Yourself

Is It Expensive?

Immersive Tech/content does have a reputation for being expensive. Is it justified?

Our pricing structure means that it needn’t be. Our consultants are actually here to ensure our clients save money, rather than rushing in to try Virtual or Augmented Reality and regretting it. Some of our clients are retained on a lower monthly fee, others pay per project. We can tailor our services to find a way to make the project happen. We’ll always be transparent, and we will always break down our costs to show you exactly what you are getting for your money. Give us a call if you have any questions.

We Answer

The Key Questions

We know that AR, VR and MR can be confusing and difficult to keep on top of as the platforms develop at lightning speed. Our clients come to us with a myriad of valid questions, which we relish in answering. Here are just a few examples:

How can immersive tech help me sell my company’s products and services?

What new business opportunities can it create?

How can we use immersive tech to improve our business processes such as marketing, training, maintenance, and logistics?

Is now the right time?

How can I measure ROI?

How do I reassure my stakeholders?

Do I have the right level of internal talent to implement effectively?

How can I increase the skills of our workforce to ensure success?

How can I better understand the hurdles to adoption?

Why use Laduma?

Since Laduma began in 2016, we’ve made it our aim to listen to carefully and then help a range of companies, from iconic sports teams, movie studios and private medical firms to leading airlines and luxury hotel groups, push the boundaries of engagement by utilizing our technology to connect with fans, customers, clients and investors alike.
