The intricate manufacturing process behind one of the world’s leading resin producers at Purolite has been transformed into a virtual reality experience.
Laduma created a unique Virtual Reality experience to showcase the intricate manufacturing process behind Purolite Life Sciences’ award-winning resin. The VR experience takes the viewer into the state of the art facility and use 360° video, voice over and graphics to explain the high-class manufacturing process.
Laduma’s 360 virtual reality tour of high-performance agarose resin manufacturer Purolite Life Sciences’ automated plant is currently being shown at industry trade shows worldwide. The film takes viewers inside the 2400sqm fully-automated production facility based in South Wales – one of the largest of its kind in the world.

Laduma’s Alex Kunawicz said: “ Virtual Reality offers highly respected companies like Purolite Life Sciences the chance to bring their processes alive to external stakeholders and customers.”

“At Laduma we believe immersive technology can take people on a journey which leaves an impression that no other advertising or marketing platform could.”

Sam Beales, of Purolite Life Sciences said: “Laduma’s immersive technology was the perfect solution to be able to transport a global customer base directly into our state-of-the-art facility, wherever they may be. Feedback has been unanimously positive, and the 360 video is also a powerfully engaging addition to our existing content.”
