Immersive tech company Laduma is launching a brand new podcast – The Reality Show.

The Reality Show Podcast is a series of conversations with leaders from the world of business, entertainment and sport. It explores how immersive technology is changing their industries and the world around us.

Hosted by Laduma President Dan Rutstein, the show will bring listeners insight from the people at the forefront of the world’s most innovative technology.

Dan Rutstein said: “Technology has such huge influence on every aspect of our lives, both as professionals and as consumers. We felt it was important to open up a conversation with leaders across a variety of industries, including sport, music and entertainment, about how they are embracing and leveraging new technology to grow their businesses.”

He added “As President of Laduma, I’m lucky enough to meet and work with industry leaders from around the world. It made sense to launch a podcast and share some of these discussions with much wider audience. The Immersive Tech space is still relatively new. We feel it’s important that we have conversations and share ideas to help the industry as a whole grow. Hopefully The Reality Show Podcast will do that.”

Episode one of The Reality Show Podcast features CEO/co-Founder of VNTANA, Ashley Crowder. Ashley shares with listeners her own experiences of founding and developing a successful business in this ever-changing sector. Ashley highlights the challenges she’s overcome as a female CEO, in a typically male dominated industry.

‘I try do a lot of volunteering in this space to encourage more women in tech and it is actually pretty fascinating because last year the freshman engineering class was 46% women, which is amazing because when I graduated it was only 18%’. – Ashley Crowder
