Purolite Life Sciences

Laduma creates VR experience for leading agarose resin manufacturer.

Challenge

To create an immersive but portable experience that could take people behind the scenes of one of the 2400sqm fully-automated production facility based in South Wales – one of the largest of its kind in the world. The experience would then be taken around the world to industry tradeshows and used as a sales and marketing tool.

Solution

Laduma created a unique Virtual Reality experience to showcase the intricate manufacturing process behind Purolite Life Sciences’ award-winning resin. The VR experience takes the viewer into the state of the art facility and use 360° video, voice over and graphics to explain the high-class manufacturing process.

Results

Sam Beales, of Purolite Life Sciences said: “Laduma’s immersive technology was the perfect solution to be able to transport a global customer base directly into our state-of-the-art facility, wherever they may be. Feedback has been unanimously positive, and the 360 video is also a powerfully engaging addition to our existing content.”
