Laduma’s AR business card technology was a hot topic in Silicon Valley last week.
Mike Santiago, Laduma’s VP Business Development, was able to discuss this tech during a panel as part of the UK’s Department of International Trade (DIT) Immersive Advertising Trade Mission to San Francisco & Silicon Valley.
Mike was speaking at the Immersive Advertising Breakfast Panel, discussing immersive technology in advertising to an audience consisting of SFBig members and power brokers in the ad world.
Our ability to bring a business card to life, with personal messaging, really chimed with those in the room with a “vision to build an education driven community for advertisers and technologists in the Bay Area to co-create experiences and connections”.
Mike said: “Augmented Reality has matured from the “wow” factor phase to one where executives are looking for ways to extrapolate value from the technology. In other words, how it can it make lasting impressions and real impact. Our AR business card technology resonated as a way to communicate a message while giving viewers a memorable experience. It takes business cards and shows how they can be transformed to a powerful tool to communicate brand value through AR.”
Mike also got to tour the big technology companies like Apple, Google, DocuSign & Nvidia to understand more about what they are doing in the immersive technology space.
A big thank you to DIT for the invitation to bring Laduma technology to the forefront of the immersive technology conversation.
